Is it just me or should George Lucas be a bit suing Square Enix?

Okay so, the moogle is cuter, but the hat. Come on. the neck strap, the tan coloured top, the shoulder bullet belt...heck even the colours are similar.
Maybe I'm just seeing too much into this.
